SFT 6.3 Redbrick Code of Conduct

Trust is not given. It is earned — and easily lost.

1. Get Consent First

PDPA is not optional.

  • Always obtain signed consent before collecting any client data
  • No consent = no data collection
  • No exceptions

Respect the client. Respect the law.

2. Have the Tough Conversations

Real advisors don’t avoid difficult truths.

  • Be honest, even when it’s uncomfortable
  • Put the client’s interest above your income
  • Protect the client, not the deal

This is what real relationships are built on.

3. Show Up Face-to-Face

Advisory is not a WhatsApp service.

  • Prioritise face-to-face engagement
  • Build real connections, not just transactions

You are an advisor — not an information counter.

4. Be Factually Correct

You don’t need to know everything — but you must verify everything.

  • Check before you advise
  • No guessing
  • No assumptions

Accuracy builds credibility.

5. Deliver What You Promise

Your reputation is built one promise at a time.

  • Do not overpromise
  • Only commit when you can deliver

Trust compounds. So does disappointment.

In Redbrick, trust is your real currency.
