  • Falsifying signatures or records

If it is not original and truthful — it is forgery.


Common Examples

  • Aggravated Forgery – Editing or altering official documents
  • Check Forgery – Modifying financial instruments
  • Counterfeit Currency – Creating fake money or obligations

  • No editing client documents
  • No changing dates or figures
  • No signing on behalf of clients
  • No “fixing” documents to make deals work

If it didn’t happen, you don’t create it.
